same as Remington Smisse (the pun isnt about Smith & wesson like some people think it is) but more a follow tho is Chacha : "granny" yup the pun is Granny smith no i know why that char is a ... Apple... (wait im totaly off topic ...oh well.)
Like Eniripsa is Aspirine backwards, which is possible only in french (because of the extra "e")
Enutrof is fortune backwards, which means riches. Elliatrope only works in french, and is Portaille backwards, which means "portal".
Xelor is Rolex backwards, a watch brand.
Iop only works in french PLUS you have to know the series/game. It's "poi" backwards, which means "pea". It's basically because Iop have pea-brains.
Sacrier is a pun on Sacrifice, since they basically would willingly sacrifice themselves at any time for their allies. Pandawa is self-explanatory. Cra is arc backwards, which is bow in english.
Osamoda is sadomaso backwards, which is self-explanatory.
I haven't played wakfu or Dofus for a long time because of the subscriptions, so i don't know the newer classes.
also Sadida race might not wear shoes but what about Sadida's deity ... oh drat nothing is said about that ! xD
(nice to see im not the only one to see backward and pun in those name, OR ALL NAMES IN WAKFU/DOFUS... normaly i dont like french type of game/anime/anythings but i have to reckon Ankama did a perfect 10 on those (except the fact that Dofus is Adobe AIR (flash) coded and Wakfu is Java ... wich make Wakfu runs better than Dofus on my nettop i have near my bed xD)
I don't think their Deity would wear shoes XD I mean, even the Sacrieur deity (the only one i've been bothered to look up, since they're my favourite class) doesn't wear any.
(I think if you really like the shows and all you can kind of start seeing them. I don't usually play or watch anything French myself (unless it's good? XD)but the animation, the story of Wakfu are all really good! But i stopped playing Wakfu and Dofus because of the subscriptions. I can't and won't pay just to fight monsters really. I prefered the beta, where everything was free ;w
By the way i saw you were from Switzerland! I don't speak Swiss German or german at all (hee)but i live here too :'D
